Food! Everyone has their favorite dish they like to prepare, favorite comfort foods, favorite dish to order, and foods they like to recommend to others. But within those meals, do we know why they are prepared that way, do we know what flavors or flavors substitutes are used, and could we be open to the same dish being made a different way? In this week's Tuesday Fix, we will explore baking temperatures, artificial flavoring, and the future of meat!

Call to Action! Whenever you are cooking or shopping for food, do your best to think about the different ways you could cook it, different substitutes you could add in that can change the flavor/make it healthier, and why certain recipes recommend certain flavors.
