"A plan is only as good as those who see it through."
As we strive for our own versions of success in our lives, not only is it important to our goal and the path to get there, but what will also contribute to that success, whether it is in our control or not. It is also important to understand how our habits will affect our path, and when we inevitably hit a roadblock or rut, how to best get out of it. In this week's Tuesday Fix, we will explore these different facets of success, how to recognize them, and how to benefit from them.

1. Is Success Luck or Hard Work?: "In a competitive world, tiny advantages can make all the difference." Often times when viewing our own work and success, it is easy for us to see what we have done, and harder to see what other or external forces may have contributed to the success as well.

3. How to quickly get out of a rut: "This video is about how to get out of a rut, how to get out of ruts quickly, and not necessarily how to cure depression, as depression is potentially a more serious issue, depending on your situation."

Call to Action! “People do not decide their futures, they decide their habits and their habits decide their futures.” ― F. M. Alexander
Decide your habits, write them down, figure out what will help you get out of a rut if you are in one, and focus on working smart and hard on what you can control, while being aware of what you can not.
